40 minutes of gentle yet effective stretching to open hips, relax muscles, reduce stiffness pre- and post workouts. Ideal follow-up to weight training, pilates, cycling, gymnastics, and horseriding. Ends with 10 minutes of meditative visualization to promote full body relaxation.
