Mindful Sound Immersion

A soulful gathering using an ancient practice to calm your nervous system and release distress. Resonant sounds provide a deeply relaxing experience to lower blood pressure, reset your nervous system, and boost emotional well-being. Sound provided by Gina Hovis and vocal guidance provided by Leslie Armeniox. Bring a mat and/or blanket. Socks recommended. We provide the rest.
